• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects.
• Inspect and assess welds for quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Tape Measure Reading
• Welding Setups for Production
