Job Description

40 hours/week Monday to Thursday: 3-day weekends

First shift available: 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Tasks:

• Help prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and apply appropriate pre-treatment chemicals.
• Load and unload products onto the coating line, ensuring proper spacing and alignment.
• Apply the powder coat, ensuring proper coverage and adhesion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a powder coat painter (1 year minimum)
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift and move objects as needed
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
