You have found the right company to work for! Senior Helpers of Yorktown Heights is looking to add a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to their growing team. Areas of Coverage: Northern Westchester county (including Briarcliff Manor, Yorktown Heights, Pound Ridge and all towns to the north) Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in New York State.
• 2+ years of clinical experience In NY state in home care setting
• Knowledge of New York State in-home care regulations.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout northern Westchester.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home assessments to evaluate client needs.
• Document findings and determine appropriate care requirements.
• Develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.
• Ensure assessments comply with New York State regulations.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families
• Coach all staff in proper safety procedures
• Follow up evaluation of clients to ensure client needs are consistent with the care plan
• May include training caregivers on skills assessments
