Drive, passion and discretion required! The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the design process including presentation drawings, construction drawings, project management and construction administration. We work exclusively with high-profile commercial and private clients on high-end residential and hospitality projects. Job Requirements Qualifications Interior Design or Architecture degree. 5 years of relevant experience Strong decorating background and experience with consultant coordination. Strong design sensibility and intuition. Excellent knowledge of furniture, fabrics, wallcoverings and local vendors and artisans; Exceptional FFE skills. Excellent Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign and AutoCAD skills; ability to autonomously put together CD set under the direction of a Principal Designer. A good eye, and ability to layout presentation pages. Highly organized and motivated. Excellent project management skills.
