Position Summary:
The Health Educator will be a member of our Adolescent Health and Wellness Center in the Bronx, NY working within our CAPP Program (Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention) and our Club TIA (Teens in Action) programming. Using our CAPP curriculum, the Health Educator partners with Urban Health Plan's school sites, CBO's, and within the Adolescent Health and Wellness center to educate our youth.
This position requires shift availability between Mondays and Fridays (9:00am-5:00pm) with irregular Saturdays if needed for special events. This position is a fully onsite role stationed in the Bronx in our Adolescent Health and Wellness Center.
Individuals who accept an offer and are hired will also engage with NYC DOE Background check processes for authorization to collaborate inside our school programs.
Interviews for this position will take place in December 2025, with a projected start date in January 2026.

Minimum Qualifications:
Compensation: Minimum $45,000/year; Maximum $50,000/year based on 35 regular hours per week.
