As part of the Data Analytics Team, this role helps shape how mission partners and stakeholders experience our work through clean web design, thoughtful visuals, and reliable web applications. You’ll contribute to high-visibility projects that support analytics, operations, and leadership communication, while growing your skills alongside experienced engineers and designers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Schedule and Work Details

• Location: R&E

• Schedule: Full-time, day shift

• Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include

• Supporting the design, development, and maintenance of internal and external web applications

• Implementing and modifying scripts using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS

• Managing and updating content within content management systems such as WordPress and SiteWorks

• Designing and producing graphics to support organizational initiatives, briefings, and presentations

• Translating customer and stakeholder requirements into clear, effective visual products

• Collaborating with developers, analysts, and designers to review and propose web and business solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline

• Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, for a total of eight years of experience

• Experience supporting web development or visual design efforts in a professional environment

Required Skills

• Experience designing and implementing customer-facing web-based solutions

• Familiarity with gathering requirements and documenting workflows and processes

• Basic experience with UI and UX design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of web services and content management architectures

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks such as React

Desired Skills

• Exposure to AI content generation or agentic coding tools

• Familiarity with WordPress, Nginx, or similar web hosting solutions

• Awareness of web hosting monitoring, web security concepts, or serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda

• Exposure to device and network fingerprinting techniques

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools including Confluence and Jira

Technology Stack

This role works within a web and design ecosystem that includes JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, SiteWorks, Nginx, and supporting collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, with exposure to modern hosting, monitoring, and emerging AI-enabled design workflows.

Compensation Range: $91,000.00 - $121,000.00 
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
