Are you passionate about wildlife and ready to make a measurable impact? Asia Wild is seeking a creative and driven Fundraiser to help rebuild and grow our donor base.

As our Fundraiser, you will design and execute campaigns, steward donors, secure grants, and drive fundraising results that directly support animal welfare and conservation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization in a growth phase and see your work make a difference for animals across Asia.

What You’ll Do

• Launch creative fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
• Build relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
• Write compelling appeals, grant proposals, and donor updates.
• Track fundraising performance and report results to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of fundraising experience (nonprofit preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who can manage deadlines and priorities.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM systems.
• A passion for conservation and animal welfare.

What Success Looks Like

• Increasing Asia Wild’s donor base by 15% in the first year.
• Raising at least $250,000 in new contributions annually.
• Growing recurring donor gifts by 10% within 6 months.
• Securing grants and partnerships that strengthen our mission.

Compensation dependent on experience/proven impact.  Range 63K to 82K
