We are looking for talented and motivated people to join our Front of the House (FOH) team at our Brookhaven location. This is not your typical fast-food job, here at Chick-fil-A Brookhaven, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a fun, happy and energetic leadership team who are personally vested in your success. Position Type :

• Part-Time

• Shifts between 8:00am-11:00pm (Saturday's mandatory)

  Requirements : 18+

• Available to work 20+ hours a week Monday-Saturday and mandatory Saturday's (We are closed on Sunday).

• No restaurant experience is necessary

• Must be comfortable working outside, if needed

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.

• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities :

• Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say my pleasure

• Willingness to assist the team when needed.

• Taking orders with speed and accuracy 

• Checking for product quality and consistency

• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

Compensation :  $14/hr
