About the Job:
Empire National Inc. is currently seeking experienced and reliable Team Drivers with a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to join our growing fleet in Fletcher, NC . As a Team Driver, you and your co-driver will work together to transport freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule delivering outstanding service every time.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles as part of a driving team.
• Transport goods across assigned routes while complying with DOT and company regulations.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Coordinate driving shifts effectively with your partner to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs and records (ELD, fuel receipts, bills of lading, etc.).
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members .

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL and medical card .
• No prohibitions in the DOT Clearinghouse.
• At least 23 years old.
• Clean MVR (no DUIs in the last 5 years).
• Ability to drive long hours and manage schedules effectively.
• Familiarity with GPS, ELD systems, and tablets .
• 1+ year of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible departure schedules .
