HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS
* $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
* 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts needed.
* Weekdays or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work!
* Some assignments ongoing and client temp-to-potential-perm negotiable!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
*Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
* High School Diploma or GED
* Current Physical/TB screening
* Current CPR/First Aid Certification
* PA State Criminal Background

Candidates submitting to this role usually have experience or interest in other roles including Direct Care Worker, DSPs, Care Givers, Aides, Home Health Aide, Mental Health Technicians, MHTs, Behavior Health Technicians, BHTs, and Youth Care Workers.
