POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a visual storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for capturing beautiful spaces?

As a Vacation Rental Photographer , your primary role will be to capture and edit high-quality images and visual content for our vacation rental properties. Your work will directly influence the first impressions of our listings across digital platforms, helping guests envision their perfect vacation.

In this role, you’ll combine artistic vision with technical skill to create engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned content that tells the story of each unique property. We maintain a collaborative and politics-free workplace focused on quality, teamwork, and creativity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Photograph vacation rental properties with a focus on lighting, composition, and staging
• Edit and retouch images for web and print using Adobe and Photoshop
• Maintain consistent visual standards and uphold the company’s brand identity
• Organize and manage digital photo files and content libraries
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide visuals for web, social media, and campaigns
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist with other marketing initiatives as needed
• Support video production efforts, including opportunities to assist with corporate training videos, promotional content, and other photography/video projects
• Take on special projects to enhance visual storytelling and guest engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong photography skills with a keen eye for composition and lighting
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• A natural sense for interior design and property staging
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign preferred)
• Familiarity with digital file management and basic editing workflows
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Local area knowledge and previous vacation rental or real estate experience a plus
• Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Please note that a portfolio of past photography work will be requested.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $20 - $22 per hour based on experience and achievement

Bonus:  Annual bonuses awarded based on performance and merit.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with the flexibility to work overtime as needed
