Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in the transportation of scaffolding materials to and from job sites.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of scaffolding practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in scaffolding assembly or construction is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
