Recruiter Leading Into Sales
Our Recruiters work with our clients and a team of Sales Managers to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions. There is no experience required to excel in this role. Everyone will start as a recruiter but with the right motivation and work ethic, you be successful. We spend the bulk of our day on the phone and you have to be comfortable in that type of environment to succeed. It is a production based environment, meaning you will get out what you put in.
