Salary Range : $2000 - $2500 (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

About the Role:  

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Underwriting Analyst to join our deal team. This is a critical role responsible for the financial modeling and analysis that drives our investment decisions. The successful candidate will support the full deal lifecycle, from initial screening and underwriting to client-facing tasks and presentation development. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deal Underwriting & Modeling: Conduct comprehensive deal underwriting, including cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, and financial return calculations for potential industrial real estate investments. 

  • Broker & Client Communication: Manage professional correspondence and calls with external brokers and clients, supporting deal negotiation and execution. 

  • Presentation Drafting: Prepare detailed investment committee memos and professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 

  • LOI Submission: Draft and facilitate the submission of Letters of Intent (LOIs) for target properties. 

  • Administrative Support: Provide necessary administrative and content creation support to the investment team. 

 

Qualifications: 

Required 

  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or underwriting. 

  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to handle client-facing communications. 

  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work US business hours. 

Preferred 

  • Prior experience in the Industrial Real Estate sector. 

  • Experience with a private equity or investment firm environment. 

  • Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and presentation software.
