Production & Finishing Associate – Print & Packaging Environment

Pay: $15–$17/hr (based on shift, location, and experience) Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts — must be available every other weekend

We are hiring Production & Finishing Associates for a large-scale print and packaging facility. This role supports several departments involved in cutting, wrapping, and preparing printed products for shipment. Candidates with experience in slitting, machine operation, packaging, or general manufacturing are encouraged to apply. We will help match you to the department that best fits your background.

Key Responsibilities

You may be trained and placed in one or more of these production areas:

Material Cutting & Processing

· Operate or assist with machines that cut printed materials to size

· Monitor equipment, perform basic adjustments, and ensure materials meet quality requirements

· Inspect output for accuracy, alignment, and defects

Wrapping & Packaging Operations

· Run or support automated wrapping machines that seal finished product bundles

· Load materials, monitor production flow, and verify correct packaging

· Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures

Finishing & Final Packing

· Count, sort, and bundle printed products

· Apply labels, assemble kits, and prepare finished goods for shipment

· Palletize boxes, perform quality checks, and ensure orders meet customer specifications

Requirements

· Experience in print production, manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse work preferred

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and high accuracy

· Must be able to work every other weekend due to rotating shifts

· Must pass a background check and drug screen

· Reliable attendance and transportation required
