ARC is hiring a full-time Print Production Assistant to support high-quality print production and customer service. The role involves operating printing, scanning, and finishing equipment, preparing digital files, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring jobs meet customer specifications. Candidates should have experience in graphic design and color printing, be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate printers, copiers, and bindery equipment
• Large and small format
• Assist customers
• Billing/Inventory
• Prepare and process digital files for printing
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate with customers and assist with orders
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Support other departments and work overtime as needed

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years in graphics/print production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Print or print production experience would be preferential.
