**Description** **Specialization:** Neonatal Perinatal Pediatric **Job Summary:** Medical City Decatur is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner with pediatric experience to support the Newborn Nursery. **Qualified Candidates:** + 6 Bed unit + Shift: 8-hour in-house, 16-hour call from home (30 minutes response time) + Neonatal physician support remote via tele + Must have experience caring for newborns in a clinical setting, with demonstrated comfort in managing neonatal patients + Licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), FNP with pediatric experience, or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) + Must hold an Active Texas license + Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience strongly preferred **Incentive/Benefits Package:** + Competitive compensation and benefits package + Benefits include medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and 401(k) + Occurrence based Malpractice insurance covered + Robust wellness and professional development resources and support + No state or local wage tax in Texas + Flexible scheduling offering work/life balance **About Medical City Decatur:** + Medical City Decatur is a 150-bed, full-service acute care hospital serving Wise County and the surrounding communities.
