No Place Like Home Pet Sitting & Dog Walking, based in Haddon Heights, NJ, is looking for passionate and responsible individuals to join our team in 2025!

Position Overview

We’re excited to welcome caring and enthusiastic pet care specialists to our dynamic, pet-loving team! Flexible hours are available Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pets. Year-round availability is required.

👉 Important Requirement : This role requires team members to reliably arrive at pet visits within 10–15 minutes of scheduled times. You must be able to consistently commute to our service areas (Haddon Heights, Haddonfield, Collingswood, Audubon, Barrington, and surrounding towns) within that time frame.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Walking and caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities
• Providing loving care to cats, kittens, and other small critters
• Managing schedules and keeping clients updated via our easy-to-use app
• Sharing adorable pet photos and detailed visit reports
• Ensuring pets are happy and homes are secure after every visit

What We’re Looking For

• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Commitment to the position for at least 12 months
• Flexible availability for midday shifts (M–F), or mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Willing to work on some holidays (with time to enjoy your own celebrations too!)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Comfortable using a smartphone (unlimited data for app use is a must!)
• Ability to handle the physical demands of walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Bonus : Prior pet care experience (but we’re happy to train the right person with a heart for animals!)
• Extra bonus : Additional weekend availability

Hours of Operation

7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 7 days a week (including holidays).
