Responsibilities

• Manage complex corporate transactions from start to finish
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts and agreements
• Conduct due diligence and organize transaction documents
• Coordinate closings and post closing matters
• Research corporate law issues and regulations
• Maintain corporate records and governance documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and agencies
• Mentor junior paralegals on procedures
• Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and paralegal certificate required
• 5-7 years of corporate paralegal experience
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law and transactions
• Strong drafting and document review skills
• Proficiency with legal research tools
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Detail oriented with high accuracy standards
• Professional communication with clients and attorneys
• Ability to work independently on complex matters
