Overnight Stock Associate

Location: Rochester Hills, MI – W Tienken Rd

At Meijer, what happens overnight makes a big difference every day. As an Overnight Stock Associate , you’ll play a critical role in preparing the store for our guests by keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ready for a great shopping experience.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in completing tasks efficiently, and likes seeing the results of their effort at the end of each shift. You’ll work behind the scenes — but your impact is felt by every customer who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

• Stock shelves with food and grocery products using location codes and planograms.
• Move merchandise from pallets or L-carts to the correct shelf locations.
• Rotate product and ensure shelves are neat, organized, and full.
• Pull backstock and dispose of trash to designated backroom areas.
• Partner with leadership to ensure assigned areas are stocked accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment throughout the shift.
• Support a smooth transition for the daytime team by setting them up for success.
• Work overnight shifts, primarily during non-customer hours.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to follow processes and work independently with attention to detail.
• Comfort using basic technology and computer systems.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during your shift.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you.
• Positive attitude and pride in a job well done.
