Your High-Impact Responsibilities:

• Outside Sales & Territory Management: Independently scout, schedule, and execute 15-20 weekly sales calls/client visits within your exclusive local territory. You are responsible for hunting new business and managing the full sales cycle.
• Technical Consulting & Servicing: Serve as the on-site product expert. You will inspect refrigeration seals and perform minor product replacement/service on-site for food service establishments (requires minimal tools, mostly a screwdriver and basic instruction).
• Client Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and food service staff, positioning yourself as their trusted partner for regulatory compliance and operational maintenance.
• Sales Tracking & Reporting: Utilize basic CRM tools to manage your sales pipeline, track customer feedback, and report weekly sales metrics and activity.

Who We Need – The "Go-Getter":

• Educational Background: Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) or equivalent post-high school experience.
• The Drive: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented , and comfortable with a performance-driven environment. You must be comfortable with cold-calling and constant client interaction.
• The Personality: Extremely outgoing, personable, and confident in meeting new people and building rapport quickly.
• Hands-On Aptitude: Comfortable with minor physical work, inspections, and using basic hand tools to perform simple installations/replacements.
