Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Shareholder Experience)

Location: Onsite, Washington DC (HQ)
Type: Contract

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to support, enhance, and maintain CRM functionalities related to Shareholder Experience. The role involves developing custom components, extending CRM capabilities, integrating with external systems, and supporting business teams to optimize CRM process flows.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and solutions inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Configure CRM entities, forms, workflows, plugins, business rules, dashboards, and views.
• Customize CRM for Shareholder Experience workflows, data processing, and reporting needs.
• Develop and integrate web services, APIs, and third-party systems with CRM.
• Perform data migration, data validation, and ensure CRM data quality.
• Provide technical documentation including design, configuration, and deployment artifacts.
• Support testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT) and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related production incidents.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and architects to define technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development.
• Strong experience in:
  • Custom plugin development (C#/.NET)
  • Workflows, Business Rules, Actions
  • Custom Entities, Forms, Views
  • JavaScript & Web Resources
• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps / Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of CRM security roles, permissions, business units.
• Experience in CRM Integrations (REST/SOAP/Web APIs).
• Strong MS SQL Server database knowledge including stored procedures and queries.
• Experience working in Agile project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting CRM enhancements for Shareholder/Customer Experience teams.
• Dynamics 365 Online implementation experience.
• Azure DevOps / CI-CD knowledge.
• Microsoft CRM certifications are a plus.
