Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Online Travel Booking Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, has a passion for travel, and thrives in a remote work environment. You will assist clients with researching, booking, and finalizing their travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Provide destination information, recommendations, and travel advice
Ensure accuracy of reservations, itineraries, and travel documents
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications
Strong interest in travel and customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
Comfortable using online booking tools and digital platforms
