Whether working in the office or remotely, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat
• Provide accurate information about products or services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving complaints
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Qualifications:
