The Mold Maker ( Plasterer 755) is responsible for performing functions that include, but are not limited to, model and mold making (fiberglass and silicone), fiberglass repair, and manufacturing and casting parts in materials such as urethanes, epoxies, and resins. Those in this position may also be responsible for the removal and installation of tile brick pavers, concrete and asphalt, the fabrication of MACON parts and the repair and refurbishment of character heads. This will include shop work as well as field and rehab work ranging from construction to the intricacies of refurbishment or model making. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, follow engineering instructions, and the use of normal hand tools and power tools. This position provides support to Engineering and all maintenance teams including Attractions, Ride and Show, and Infrastructure. SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Shifts are typically at night, and individuals must have availability to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, and must be open to any days off.
