Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer/Architect for their office in Fort Worth, TX to work on both shell and interiors projects for commercial and institutional project types. 
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, driven, organized and a strategic thought leader.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead interiors and architecture projects through all phases including programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation & construction administration, FF&E. 
• Develop and manage FFE budgets and schedules
• Represent the firm as needed in the professional design community
• Manage multiple projects, staffing and schedules
• Introduce current design concepts and workplace strategies to clients
• Present design concepts, materials and furniture to clients

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Interior Designer or Registered Architect in the state of Texas
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an Accredited Program
• 5+ years’ experience 
• Excellent leadership, management, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup, Adobe Suites Preferred
• LEED AP preferred
