This is a remote position.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work directly with leadership to translate complex IT concepts into compelling, high-impact branded assets and client experiences. This is a role for a visual storyteller who balances technical design proficiency with the organizational discipline required to manage high-stakes events and digital channels.

Requirements

• Design and produce sophisticated brand collateral that reflects our position as industry leaders, including both digital and print deliverables.
• Partner with leadership to elevate our RFP responses and competitive proposals.
• Maintain and evolve our internal templates to ensure every touchpoint meets our high standards of excellence.
• Work with our consultants to showcase our successful engagements through polished project highlights and case studies.
• Lead the logistics for partner and end-user events. You will be the point person for ensuring our presence is seamless, professional, and impactful.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or marketing
  
• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and a keen eye for modern typography and layout.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you should be as comfortable writing a social post as you are explaining a design choice to leadership.
  
• Experience managing and iterating content within WordPress.
