Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care during overnight shifts in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment. The LPN will work under the supervision of an RN or physician to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with patient assessments and care planning
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergency situations
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
Active and unrestricted LPN license
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work overnight shifts independently and reliably
Night shift assignment
Fixed schedule: Monday through Wednesday
Guaranteed 36 hours per week
