Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment. The LPN will support patient care delivery by administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes during overnight shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to the care team
Accurately document patient care, medication administration, and observations
Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing patient assessments
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Support patient comfort, dignity, and individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of assignment
Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
Strong clinical skills, communication, and documentation abilities
Ability to work overnight shifts independently and as part of a team
Night shift assignment
Guaranteed weekly hours
