Lake Ridge Solana AL is a secured Alzheimer’s and Dementia care facility consisting of three specialized units. The facility is seeking an experienced LPN to provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents requiring memory care support.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
Support residents with Alzheimer’s/Dementia using appropriate care techniques.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor patient health status and promptly report changes.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic resident care.
Uphold safety, infection control, and behavioral care standards specific to secured memory-care units.
Active and unrestricted LPN license .
Experience in long-term care, memory care, or Alzheimer’s/Dementia units preferred.
Strong communication, observation, and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a secured care environment.
