• High-Level Communication Skills
• Team Player and coachable individual
• Organized and Task-oriented
• Speaks with Clients, building rapport
• Collects and reviews Documents for their Home Loan
• Review the loan Application for the application
• Submitting for Pre-Approval and collecting all Pre-Approval Critical Conditions
• Manages Accurate Data within CRM
• Works with Loan Officers, Realtors, and Clients to ensure a smooth Loan Process from the Start

Responsibilities: Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Qualifications: Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge.
• Willingness to gain NMLS License.
• Organization Skills.
