Indiana Director of Sales & Marketing

Barrister Title is seeking an experienced Indiana Director of Sales & Marketing. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands title insurance, values relationships, and enjoys building thoughtful, sustainable growth.

This position blends strategic leadership, hands-on sales, and authentic networking. You’ll spend time both in the office shaping strategy and out in the market strengthening relationships across Indiana’s real estate community.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Sales & Relationship Development:

  • Serve as a licensed Title Insurance Sales Agent, building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and referral partners.
  • Educate clients on the value and importance of title insurance throughout the transaction process.

Drive Business Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Indiana.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to keep Barrister Title positioned ahead of the curve.

Network With Purpose:

  • Represent Barrister Title at industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings.
  • Plan, host, and execute in-house networking and client events that strengthen relationships and elevate our brand.

Strategize For Long-Term Success:

  • Develop and implement growth-focused sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set goals, track performance, and shape the future direction of the Indiana market.

Enhance Brand Presence:

  • Lead efforts to expand and strengthen Barrister Title’s social media and market presence throughout Indiana.
  • Ensure our brand is recognized as a trusted, knowledgeable resource within the real estate industry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Title Insurance license (required).
  • Proven experience in title insurance sales (strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and lead with confidence.
  • Strategic thinker who enjoys both planning and execution.
