Experienced Housekeeper Naples, Florida Full-Time, Year-Round A wonderful household with a long-tenured, supportive team is seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeper to join their private residence in Naples, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You will work alongside the other team members to maintain the home to the highest standards, with attention to detail and care for fine furnishings and surfaces. The principals are seeking a strong long-term fit and are flexible with the start dateready to hire immediately or wait until January 2026, depending on what best suits the candidate. Key Responsibilities Hands-on daily and deep cleaning of the residence to maintain it to the highest standards of cleanliness Provide expert care of laundry, linens, and personal items Assist the Chef with some meal prep for the principals Assist with pet care for friendly dogs Assist with floral arrangements Provide personal assistance to the principals Support seasonal projects (preparing the house for the season, preparing the house for holidays, rotating seasonal wardrobes, etc.) Reports to the Estate Manager Ideal Candidate Experience as a Housekeeper in a private residence Deep knowledge of how to care for fine surfaces, linens, and furnishings A true team player with a service-oriented mindset Reliable, organized, and discreet Professional demeanor Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license preferred Schedule Full-time, year-round position Five-day work week. Monday-Friday when the principals are not in residence. Weekend coverage is shared by the team in season. (Tue Sat, Sun Thu, etc.) Flexibility required to support team coverage for PTO or special events This is a stable, respectful, and team-oriented environment where your contributions will be valued.
