- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Deep cleaning and maintaining equipment, kitchen, and facility spaces
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Back in the dining room to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable space
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Wrapping up with trash runs and final touch-ups to set us up for tomorrow’s success

- Keep our dining room, restrooms, and guest areas spotless so every guest feels cared for.
- Complete scheduled deep-cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen and facility to keep us running safely and smoothly.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists — including equipment, prep areas, and behind-the-scenes spaces — to maintain top health standards.
- Perform trash runs and ensure all waste areas are clean and organized.
- Be part of a supportive team that values hard work, a sharp eye for detail, and doing things the right way.
- You take real pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
- You work hard, stay organized, and handle tasks with little supervision.
