Job Description

Philo Ventures is seeking a talented, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of our digital and print marketing assets across our venture studio, hospitality portfolio, and real estate development projects. This role is ideal for a designer with 5–7 years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced, highly creative environment and can move seamlessly between digital campaigns, brand systems, and polished print collateral.

What You’ll Do

Digital Design (80%)

  • Create high-quality marketing assets for social, paid media, web, email, and product channels.

  • Design full websites and landing pages for digital portfolio companies and real estate properties, collaborating closely with our web developer to bring them to life.

  • Develop visual concepts for campaigns across multiple brands within the Philo portfolio.

  • Produce dynamic presentation decks for investor meetings, pitch events, and executive communication.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Print & Real Estate Collateral (20%)

  • Design polished brochures, white papers, offering memorandums, deal books, quarterly/annual reports, and real estate proposal packages.

  • Produce print materials such as signage, event branding, environmental graphics, and hospitality collateral.

  • Prepare all print files to specification, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and production-ready layouts.

  • Support large real estate and development projects with maps, billboard design, render overlays, site plans, and branded concept books.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or studio).

  • Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required), Figma, Canva, and other modern design tools.

  • Ability to design within multiple brand systems and maintain consistency across touchpoints.

  • Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy expertise.

  • Experience preparing files for print vendors and understanding production processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

  • A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting real estate, hospitality, or venture-backed brands.

  • Knowledge of presentation design (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint).

  • Motion graphics, basic video editing, or 3D visualization skills.

  • Familiarity with Webflow, social media formats, or paid media design standards.
