General Laborer – Entry Level Opportunity in a Plating Company

Job Description:

• Hang small metal parts on lines and racks for dipping, coating, and polishing
• Remove finished parts and prepare them for shipment by wrapping and boxing
• Maintain a clean, efficient work environment while standing on your feet throughout the shift
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on setting where attention to detail is key

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability & Work Ethic: Must have good attendance, be punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Ability to Follow Directions: Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to job requirements
• Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, not afraid to get a little wet and a little dirty
• Helpful Experience: Any background in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly work is a plus; mechanical aptitude is beneficial
• Additional Skills: Experience with metal coatings, polishing, or fabrication, as well as familiarity with tow motors or pallet jacks, is helpful
