Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift Driver for our client in Roselle, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 3:30PM
• Monday - Friday
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate:

• $15.49 / hour 

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Forklift Driver with at least 1 year of experience to operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving products within a warehouse environment. Must hold a valid forklift certification and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to safely load and offload materials from trucks and storage racks
• Transport, stack, and organize product throughout the warehouse as directed
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure forklifts are in safe, working condition
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records
• Report any damages, hazards, or malfunctions to supervisors immediately
• Support shipping and receiving teams as needed
• Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Adhere to timelines and meet productivity expectations
• Assist in other general warehouse duties when not operating equipment 

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
• Must have current forklift certification
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
