What we need: We have an opening for a full-time, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Food Production Cook.
This position operates in a food manufacturing production environment. Key responsibilities include:
Prepare, cook, and assemble food products according to recipes and quality standards.
Safely operate production equipment and maintain proper handling procedures.
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Record production details and maintain accurate inventory logs.
Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and work environment.
Measure and mix ingredients, managing small-batch, large volume cooking efficiently.
Test products to ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality requirements.
Organize and monitor ingredient storage and supplies.
Assist with other production workflows as needed.
