**Job Title: Final Process Operator $21** **Job Description** The Final Process Operator is responsible for conducting final inspections, labeling, packaging, and documentation of parts prior to shipment. This role ensures that finished goods meet customer quality standards and internal specifications. The position serves a vital quality function and works closely with both production and quality teams to uphold performance and delivery goals. **Responsibilities** + Conduct final inspections on parts to ensure they meet customer quality standards and internal specifications. + Label and package parts accurately for shipment. + Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. + Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet performance and delivery goals. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inspection, using micrometers, CMM inspection, and calipers. + Proficiency in quality control, final inspection, and assembly. + Capability in electromechanical assembly and quality assurance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required. + Prior experience in a manufacturing or inspection role preferred. + Ability to read and interpret part labels, instructions, and inspection criteria. + Basic computer or tablet skills for documenting results and accessing specs. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Join a collaborative environment where your contributions make a significant impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
