We are looking for a highly motivated Event Promotions Assistant (Entry Level) to join our team and represent partner organizations at live events. Key Responsibilities:
Represent partner organizations at community events, fundraisers, and promotional campaigns.
Engage attendees to communicate key messages and increase awareness.
Provide outstanding customer service during face-to-face interactions.
Assist with event planning, setup, and execution of marketing initiatives.
Track and maintain records of community interactions and participant data.
Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and promotional goals.
Uphold the mission and values of both the agency and partner organizations.
