Job Description



The Event Coordinator will play an essential role in the planning, organization, and execution of events that represent GG Media’s commitment to quality and detail. This position requires strong communication, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure all aspects of each event align with the company vision and deliver an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating all event details, including timelines, logistics, materials, and on-site support.

  • Communicate effectively with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure all requirements are met.

  • Maintain event budgets, track expenses, and manage documentation for project accuracy.

  • Support venue research, vendor sourcing, and contract preparation when needed.

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations on event day.

  • Anticipate potential issues and resolve them efficiently to protect the client experience.

  • Prepare post-event reports and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
