Position Overview:
The Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and promotional activities. This role involves assisting with logistics, setup, guest coordination, and ensuring that each event runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Support event managers with logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Greet and guide guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout the event.
Monitor event timelines and assist in resolving on-site issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in hospitality, marketing, or event management is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
