Position Overview:
We are searching for an energetic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to support our Charlotte team. This role helps coordinate event activities, assist clients on-site, and ensure smooth execution of company-led and client-focused events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and preparation of corporate and client events.

• Communicate event updates and schedules to team members and supervisors.

• Help manage event inventory, supplies, and equipment.

• Track attendance, gather feedback, and assist with event follow-up tasks.

• Maintain organized documentation related to event activities and client needs.

• Provide general support to the events and operations teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in busy environments.

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working on-site and occasionally standing for long periods.
