This is an on-site position located in Louisville, KY. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. All full-time employees are eligible for health, vision and dental benefits with an employer contribution.

THIS IS A SECOND SHIFT POSITION

Job Title: Dishwasher & Cleaning Tech Reports to : Manager, Production Type: Full-time, hourly Shift:  2pm - 10 pm 

THE ROLE:

As a Dishwasher & Cleaning Tech, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This critical position focuses on maintaining equipment cleanliness and optimizing process flow in our rapidly expanding business. We're seeking reliable technicians to join our team of seasoned scientists and production leads. Your responsibilities will include cleaning production equipment, sanitizing work areas, and ensuring overall facility and utensil cleanliness. Experience with industrial dishwashers is highly valued as we work together to deliver top-quality hemp products. This shift is from 2pm -10pm. This positions is crucial to ensuring production is set up for smooth operations the following morning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Collaborate: Work with a team to achieve production goals and maintain smooth process flow.
• Operate Cleaning Machinery: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work utensils and equipment.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the workplace organized, clean production and extraction equipment, utensils, and machinery.
• Monitor Materials: Ensure materials are prepared to support a stable production environment.
• Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company and regulatory guidelines for maintaining a clean environment.
• Assist in Production: Support daily batch preparation and regular production activities.
• Organize Cleaning Schedules: Maintain up-to-date cleaning records and schedules.

SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES THAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL: 

• Experience: Experience in cleaning utensils or dishes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability: Flexible to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Team Player : Positive energy and reliability for team cohesion. 
• Preferred Knowledge: Experience with industrial dishwashers is highly valued.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: 

• Ability to stand for long periods of time. 
• Comfortable with repetitive arm motions.
• Able to regularly lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

Pay: $20/ hr.
