The Delivery Driver- Pharmacy will complete rounds to various locations ensuring that products are delivered appropriately while collecting necessary documentation. This position reports directly to the Supervising Pharmacist who shall determine the responsibilities of this position. These responsibilities may be revised, as necessary, with proper notification and training provided, where appropriate.
As part of the essential functions of this role, the Delivery Driver- Pharmacy :
Qualified candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid NYS driver’s license, and experience as a delivery driver (experience delivering pharmaceuticals preferred). Candidate must have strong customer service and time management skills. Candidate must have the ability to travel between offices/clinic locations and/or other destinations as necessary; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential
Job type: Part-time, casual (under 20 hours per week)- variable hours to be determined with supervisor
Required education: High School diploma or equivalent
Required license : valid NYS driver’s license
Required experience: Previous delivery experience required; experience delivering pharmaceuticals preferred
