A small but dynamic and growing printing company in the Tampa Bay, Florida area is looking for a CSR/Estimator committed to top-notch service and quality. The ideal candidate will be able to learn new platforms easily, have previous estimating and customer service experience in the printing industry and be willing to out think the software when necessary to ensure costs are minimized and profits maximized without compromising the quality of the product(s) for customers. The CSR/Estimator will be the go-to for customer service and print project estimates, leveraging industry knowledge, project management and customer service skills as well as be a consultant for the sales team. This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 with the expectation that when necessary, additional hours may be required. The salary being offered for this role is between $60,000 and $100,000 depending on experience. Applicants should have a keen eye for detail, be willing and capable to learn a proprietary estimating software, be capable of multitasking, working under tight deadlines, have strong mathematical skills and excellent customer service and presentation skills.
