All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Monday - Friday **Shift** : Full Time **Location:** 893 Hope Way Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 **The role you'll contribute:** This position is responsible for the management of contract information for AdventHealth on both a corporate and local level. This includes price activating GPO contracts, procuring signatures for corporate agreements and managing the contracts and associated metadata onto the Supply Chain SharePoint site. The Contract Administrator must be acutely aware of existing contracts for particular product lines and leverage that knowledge when reviewing contract submissions from the facilities. Organization and follow through are imperative as the information managed by this position significantly impacts downstream processes such as pricing and operational metrics. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Ensures all contracts are reviewed and processed within contract management application. Works with contract owners to provide missing or discrepant information. + Conducts the Premier contract participation process accurately, efficiently managing outstanding, delinquent and problematic price activations. + Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders and supplier community through collaboration to ensure requests and discrepancies are resolved timely. + Ensures contract management application is maintained with current information that accurately represents contract activities and updated timely meeting processing timelines. + Ensures integrity across multiple contract management databases. + Maintains addendum trail of all contract changes. + Facilitates, maintains and tracks the sequence of signatories to ensure adherence of the signatory process. + Works with team to optimize Contract Administration processes, leveraging technology to align contract management application with requirements, goals and workflows. + Leverages contract management applications and innovative solution to address departmental needs. + Identifies system failures or inefficiencies and provides feedback to AdventHealth Information Technology for resolution so that operation function of contract database is not compromised. + Determines and monitors contract accessibility to prevent unauthorized access and breaches. + Provides contract data to stakeholders and approved third parties. + Ensures business and contract processed and procedures are observed and met. + Proactively identifies issues and resolution to ensure continuity of business to prevent disruption. + Monitors various applications clarifying expectations and offers suggestions leading to optimum performance. + Reads, analyzes and summarizes correspondences and documents, and reports information and data in formats that are logical, visually engaging and clear, and ultimately aid in decision making for management. + Onboard acquired and new construction facilities across all AH and Premier contracts. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **:** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience + 2 years of experience **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:** + Must have strong technical skills. + Must have the ability to learn technical skills and various types of software with minimal assistance. + Ability to grasp concepts and ideas quickly. + Attention to detail and ability to identify errors and omission at a glance. + Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. + Self-motivated, with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to resolve issues with minimal direction or guidance, as well as work independently and as a team member. + Professional attitude and conduct. + Time management and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work well in fast-pace environment meeting competing demands and tight deadlines while managing day-to-day responsibilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:** + Familiarity with SharePoint and contract management application. + Knowledge of contract language and processes.
