Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and articulate Communications Agent to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining clear, consistent, and professional communication across teams, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for communication-related inquiries
Draft, review, and deliver professional written communications
Coordinate messaging between departments to ensure clarity and consistency
Support communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
Assist with documentation, reports, and internal communications
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and clarity
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
Willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment
