Join our winning team! **Job Description** We are currently seeking a **Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant** for our Rockledge clinic location. We are willing to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: + Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans + Perform splinting according to diagnoses. + Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records + Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes + Develop therapeutic interventions focusing on daily living activities + Educate patients and families about adaptive techniques and equipment use + Participate in discharge planning and provide home exercise programs + Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress + Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards **Qualifications** + NBCOT certified, graduate from an accredited college + Current state of Florida license, CPR certification + Experience in the field of Hand Therapy + Outgoing and energetic personality **Additional Information** At The Hale Hand Center, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.
