The role

As a Business Development Manager , you will be the driving force behind revenue growth, expanding our customer base and delivering best of breed solutions for the Office of the CFO. • Own the sales cycle —drive customer engagement at each stage of the sales cycle, culminating in negotiations with executives to close high-value deals and facilitate long-term contracts that align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team-selling process - engage your sales team of solution engineers, SMEs, Value Engineers, and delivery partners as well leverage peers and executives to advance your sale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally —Work with marketing, customer success, product teams, professional services team and partners to refine sales strategies and advance solution requests and promote customer success.
  • Enhance expertise and refine strategies—commit to ongoing professional development, embrace data-driven insights, and apply industry best practices to optimize sales performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events —attend trade shows, domestic and international sales conferences, and high-impact networking opportunities.
  • Leverage Tools and Methodologies - use Salesforce, Highspot and other sales tools in your daily work to follow internal processes

  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with business automation tools and ERP solutions .
